In many teams, it is about the contents: what do we need to achieve? What kpi's will we be judged on? What should the outcome be? Are these achievable targets? Vision and mission, etc.

Can everyone participate?
Central to our way of working is that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus given a role. Teams and team members can be very different. Sometimes there are language differences. Or a disability limits someone in parts. Employees may feel pushed away, coming back from burnout. Consultation beforehand allows us to be well attuned to the group.
At what level do you coach?
All our employees have a completed HBO or university education.
For cooperation-enhancing programmes, we prefer to use experienced team coaches in. For short programmes with a clear training goal also knowledgeable team trainers.
- Skilled team trainers focus on the group process and learning communication skills. The team is the focus, the exercises are a tool.
- Experienced team coaches go through a process with a team. They make knots in the cooperation visible and open for discussion. With the help of a team coach, fixed patterns are made visible and possibly adjusted, releasing new, positive energy.
