How do you increase mental resilience in a team? What is the team building method that increases cooperation and makes team members respond flexibly to change? Answers to these questions. Mental resilience is a topic on many an agenda more than before. Because of corona in 2020-2022, because of working from home more often, because of different contact, because of an exciting world that may go deep. How do you stay fresh and alert? With team building, collaborative aspects are made visible in the here-and-now. Because it is the team and the quality of their cooperation that are going to make the difference. It will be optimal teamwork or you will have a serious problem today. While carrying out attractive team assignments, participants immediately experience how cooperation works. The conditions of these team assignments are relaxed, challenging and serious at the same time. We do this with team activities that seem simple, are, until the assignment starts. Next, optimal cooperation is needed to achieve success. You will naturally get into a conversation about this. We then translate these experiences to the daily practice and the work situation in which the team finds itself. What improvements will the team members pick up in the work situation is then the question. With the team assignments, we make visible how the group functions. With our roadmap to a top team - the Scale of Cooperation - the facilitator supports the team step by step.
