Can this activity also be done indoors? For example, if it is raining.
Sure, you can. Going outside is our preference, though.
This programme has indoor and outdoor activities and the facilitator always provides something in reserve if weather conditions are uncertain.
We ask the client to ask the participants 'bring weather-appropriate clothing'. A shower of rain then need not be a problem.
Sometimes, if there is a chance of rain, a client may not want to go outside. We then advise the client to ask the location manager in advance whether the group can stay inside or go inside in bad weather.
A room or meeting room is not included in the price.
In case of undesirable weather forecasts, consultation with us is possible up to 48 hours before the activity, we will look for alternatives together. This activity also has a bad-weather guarantee. In the event of bad weather and because of it (frost, strong wind, thunderstorm, snow, hail), you can cancel the activity free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
The photo looks active, can it be done with less athletic participants?
You can. The facilitator contacts you in advance and tailors the activity to the group. Everyone can participate is then the starting point. There is a difference in the level of sportsmanship between our programmes (more stars = more sporty):
Serious Fun **** (to be tailored to the group)
Team building compact *** (to be tailored to the group)
Team building with reflection ** (to be tailored to the group)
Catapult shooting **
Ball factory *
Building a rope bridge ***
The attendant appreciates knowing in time if there are physical limitations such as pregnancy, immobility, sensory limitations such as someone who is visually impaired. The attendant is able to take this into account.
Organisations increasingly work with people with (physical) disabilities; the law also asks us to include more of them in the employment process. For us, it is a sport to empower these employees during an assignment. For instance, someone who is visually impaired is at an advantage when the group is given an assignment where everyone is blinded. The results are surprising and heartwarming.
The Ball Factory is excellent with people with all kinds of physical limitations. Indeed, it makes this task more complex in a positive sense, creating more impact and paradoxically resulting in a better end result. After all, the ability to take into account one's strengths and weaknesses is a hallmark of a top team. This assignment asks the group to start taking each other into account.
Can it also be done with a smaller or larger group? I don't know yet how big the group will be.
Each activity has a minimum and optimum group size. Sometimes there is also a maximum group size because we cannot have more equipment or supervisors available, for large groups early booking is recommended.

In case you end up with fewer participants than necessary for an activity, the activity will not be possible. Consult in good time if you see that the situation is uncertain and ask for alternatives.
