Addressing each other appropriately is not always easy. Some people do not make a murder pit out of their hearts, while others spend too much time on something.

In this one-day training, we talk about criticism, hints and feedback. About addressing each other in such a way that the other is eager to listen. We see criticism as one-way traffic, a hint as non-committal. Feedback is always mutual: working together.

This programme gives good results where it is used for good cooperation between teams and in a management team, in order to better align departments. Situations can also arise in shifts where better cooperation is desired.
