Yes, everyone can participate!

Everyone can participate, which is precisely one of our principles. If you have a role in the team, you also have a role in team building. It doesn't matter whether the team is very sporty or just glued to the office chair. We set the physical bar precisely so high that there is a 'stretch' for everyone, regardless of physical ability.

For instance, we have team exercises that can be done by blind participants. Sitting, standing, we adapt the tasks and outcomes to include everyone.

Of course, it helps us a lot if we discuss in advance what medical, physical and psychological challenges are in your team. This way, we prepare properly and ensure that everyone benefits from the team building.

Driven and enthusiastic

Our supervisors have at least HBO thinking level and are all driven and enthusiastic. Thus, they bring a pleasant atmosphere where there is fun, safe and high-level cooperation.

Team4Teams offers tailor-made guidance. Building a team does not happen overnight, but is a matter of careful development. Creating conditions for growth and development are essential steps for growing together. This is precisely what our programmes are aimed at: promoting cooperation to a higher level. We believe that working from a positive atmosphere contributes enormously to this process; it has been shown that people learn much more when they are stimulated and less when there is stress.

We offer activities and assignments where it becomes very clear what the process is in the team. We reflect and discuss how the team can grow. Of course, success also stands or falls with follow-up and safeguarding once you are back on the shop floor, lasting agreements for the future make a team building effective.

We offer:

• Short-term activities, in which, for example, the atmosphere of the team is strengthened
• Day programmes with a reinforcement for cooperation
• Pathways where we first make a diagnosis to see where there is most to gain. Then you can think of an intake interview with one or more participants, or a preparatory assignment. Pathways achieve the greatest results.
• Follow-up sessions are meant to ensure that you don't simply move on to 'the order of the day'. Holding on to what has been achieved also requires attention. And what you give attention to, grows. In this form of safeguarding, we see higher returns.

No own location, but recommendations

A commercially strong principle of Team4Teams is that we do not own any accommodation sites ourselves. This way, we only charge for what you consume, instead of high costs for maintaining and servicing sites.

We offer venues that exactly match your requirements, both financially and in terms of your goals.

Here you will find an overview of the locations we recommend.

• The Bronckhorst Hoeve in Brummen or at camp Buitenendoor in Epe are good options outside.
• Organisations and associations such as sports clubs and scouts, often have options. For catering, a food truck could be an option. We think along with you, but perhaps you have suggestions of your own.
• As long as we have a large lawn that is (partly) shaded, we can get to work.
