Everyone can participate, which is precisely one of our principles. Everyone who has a role in the team also has a role in team building. In this respect, it does not matter whether your team is outstandingly athletic or just glued to the office chair. We can set the physical bar so high that there is a 'stretch' for everyone, regardless of physical ability.

For instance, we have team exercises that can be done by blind participants. Sitting, standing, we adapt the tasks and outcomes to include everyone.

Of course, it helps us a lot if we discuss in advance any medical, physical and psychological challenges or concerns in your team. This allows us to prepare properly and ensure that everyone benefits from the team building.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic

Our trainers have at least HBO or WO thinking level.

Characteristic of our supervisors is that they are driven and enthusiastic. In this way, they ensure a pleasant atmosphere where cooperation is fun, safe and at a high level. For example, we see that, thanks to our coaches, teams get to know each other in a completely different way.

Our trainers are specialists in group processes. Blind spots that haven't been seen in the team for a long time, invisible distances that have grown so much, obstacles that can get in the way, are noticed by our trainers and used in reflection to strengthen the team. Exercises are the ideal means of gaining insight for this purpose.

We also experienced team coacheswho go through a process with a team. A 'stuck' team can thus be set in motion again, a well-functioning team can become an excellent team. Team development always goes through phases, and our team coaches can make these visible so that the team can move forward.

Always customised

Depending on how your team is doing, Team4Teams offers tailor-made guidance. Building a team does not happen overnight, but is a matter of careful development. Creating a culture that fits your organisation's vision cannot be imposed overnight, but creating conditions for growth and development are essential steps to get there. This is precisely what our programmes are aimed at; to promote cooperation to the next level. We believe that working from a positive atmosphere contributes enormously to this process, as it has been shown that people learn much more when they are stimulated (the brain develops when endorphins are produced) and less when stressed (when stress hormones are produced, the body goes into a defensive struggling strategy).

We offer activities and assignments where it becomes very clear what the process is in the team. Together, we will then reflect and discuss how the team can grow. Of course, success also stands or falls with follow-up and safeguarding once you are back on the shop floor, lasting agreements for the future make a teambuilding effective.

We offer thus:

• Short-term activities, in which, for example, the atmosphere of the team is strengthened
• Day programmes with a reinforcement for cooperation
• Pathways where we first make a diagnosis to see where there is most to gain. Then you can think of an intake interview with one or more participants, or a preparatory assignment. Pathways achieve the greatest results.
• Follow-up sessions are meant to ensure that you don't simply move on to 'the order of the day'. Holding on to what has been achieved also requires attention. And what you give attention to, grows. In this form of safeguarding, we see higher returns.

Team4Teams does not own any accommodation sites itself. This way, we only have to charge you what you consume, instead of high costs for maintaining and servicing venues.

We can therefore offer venues that exactly match your requirements, both financially and in terms of your goals.

• Organisations and associations such as sports, scouting or hobby often have options. For catering, a food truck could be an example. We think along with you, but perhaps you have suggestions of your own.
• As long as we have a large lawn that is (partly) shaded, we can get to work.
