Team4Teams Zwolle's teambuilding is characterised by experiential learning. Not transferring knowledge through theory or instruction but experiencing, feeling and applying it yourself is central.
Experience for yourself how cooperation works - and where it falters. During challenging team assignments, it becomes immediately clear how the team functions. What seems simple often requires clear communication, mutual trust and good coordination.

This way of training automatically leads to reflection. What is going well? What can be improved? Awareness arises from these reflections, creating insight, movement and development.
