Periodic maintenance for teams
(h)recognise what could be better & tackle it together
- A collaborative group recognises leadership
- Team members recognise talents and qualities
- Mistakes are recognised and targeted
When you are vulnerable, people also see your strength.
If you exude mere strength, you build a wall around yourself.
Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage.
Truth and courage are not always comfortable,
but they are never weak."
[Brené Brown]

Top teams often speak in terms of 'we are a family'. Even though you didn't choose each other, a close bond has developed that goes beyond collegiality. Freely translated, the company is a close-knit tribe. What can you learn from other cultures? That is what this workshop is about.

Where does the team stand in mutual cooperation? Is it time for general periodic maintenance for teams? Team building with reflection is an important building block for optimal functioning!

From 4 hours
The miller welcomes you and hands you the key to the old Dutch mill. Each team may ask the miller three questions. Which questions will you ask in advance and how many will you save for when you get stuck later? Who puts the windmill on the wind? Who hoists the sails? Who grinds the grain? Are you able to earn the miller's wage, paid out in flour you have ground yourself? You can come home with that!

4-8 hours
Theatre sport evokes creativity and improvisational talent in a team. It connects qualities, surprises and thus offers ultimate periodic maintenance.

4-8 hours
How well matched are your team members? Not everyone is musical. Not everyone has a sense of rhythm. That is precisely why this workshop is ideal. With all kinds of drums or electric instruments, you will form a top orchestra in an afternoon. Every orchestra needs various qualities, from lyricists to percussionists, from a conductor to stage builders. Make the party as compact or large as you like.

3 hours
Culinary dining with dishes prepared on the campfire? Working together optimally so that the jacket potatoes, grilled salmon and puffer steak are on the table at the same time? This is a bit different from eating out together!

3 hours
Is it time to have some relaxed fun? Want to know what comes off when competition comes into play? Time for substantive reflection?

Sometimes you don't know exactly what you feel and what you need. Then you can't talk about that either.
Misunderstandings and misunderstandings arise. The GROK game cards will give you the words you were looking for. The author of The Giraffe and the Jackal is your trainer.

From 2.5 days
Experiential learning is 'that which you get when you expect something else'. Top teams love that. This incentive really offers 'something different'. A surprising programme, every part of the day. For teams that let themselves be challenged. You make history with this exclusive choice in the forests of Belgium and France, where lynx, boar, red deer and wolf are your observers.

From 1 day
In one day, you will build a tree house together. Who will learn to climb the tree with professional equipment? Who will learn - secured, high up in the tree - to tie the right knots? Who prefers to stay down? Will you succeed, by working together tightly, in getting the platform ready? A unique experience on the Veluwe. Perfect in combination with outdoor cooking, a party by the campfire and an overnight stay in the woods.

In periodic maintenance for teams, 'the art of (h)acknowledging' is an important step. Is the process of giving and receiving feedback rooted? Has the team become a self-learning team? Recognition and acknowledgement are key concepts in this:
