What we need is a spacious grassy field in the lee or a spacious (well-ventilated) hall.
In case of a online team training it is our preference to have each from his or her own computer participate. A computer is preferable to a tablet or mobile phone. This can be done simply at home, as long as the environment is not distracting.
We see team training primarily as a process. A team exercise and content are not the goal but a means. The team and its development are central.
This can be done live in a group on location and also (hybrid) online.
The team assignments are substantive, attractive and fun to do. We choose them with care: what does this team need right now to move forward? What is going on, what does the team want to work on, what does the team want to explore? Confidence? Overcoming contradictions? Cooperation? Creativity? Perseverance? Dealing with diversity?
The strength of team programmes lies in the positive experiences and reflections. There is also always an elaboration for to the work situation. What do participants resolve to do with the experiences of the team day?
Once colleagues start working with these intentions, we speak of 'securing'. With assurance after the training, a team day will have a long-term effect.
If a team is in dire straits, we start with an introduction and make appointments with the participants. We then first examine where any resistances lie and what the participants are looking forward to and longing for. An initial team day or two-day session lasts at least 8 hours. A longer duration gives more depth, increasing the chances of success. Subsequent moments can be shorter, e.g. 3 x 3 hours in-company. Then the team coach supervises the safeguarding. Coaching can then - always at the request of the participant(s) - take place individually, in pairs or threesomes and in groups.
Yes. In our programmes, it is paramount that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus gets a role. So this also applies to colleagues with disabilities, whichever they are.

- A team makes history with a team training session. But the real work takes place afterwards when all the good intentions have to become a reality. It helps if temporary staff also want to carry this along.
- Sometimes the very cooperation between teams a bottleneck. We like to think along how a team day in which departments participate mixed gives added value. We have good experiences with this!
