Yes, everyone can participate!
When choosing the exercises, the most important thing is that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus given a role. Sporty teams can choose physically challenging assignments. But we also have great assignments that you can do online, sitting or blind, for example. Consultation in advance allows us to tailor the programme to the group.
What can we expect at Team4Teams?
Our trainings have a practical approach. Sometimes online, sometimes indoors and preferably in nature outside. Experiencing it yourself is central. Experiencing together what working together in the here and now can do creates simultaneity. It is inspiring to work together like this towards a common goal.
