Team-building missions portrayed
Speed Ball 2.0
Speed Ball is a sporting task, in which a ball must be caught as fast as possible in each compartment. This seems easier than it is. Good consultation is essential and agreements must not only be made but also followed.
The Cooperation
In all our team assignments, we ask you to work together. But in DE Cooperation, a level higher is expected. Is your group able to still communicate effectively under pressure? And what if the time pressure increases? No stick is in the right place yet and no one knows 'what is right' yet... And then what everyone was already afraid of sounds: "Five more minutes"... Suitable for top teams and teams that want to learn.
The Water Network
The Water Network is a creative team building exercise in which we ask the group to transport as much water as possible from A to B, using different materials. Several sets of game rules are available. With the length of pipes and bamboo poles, keeping distance is obvious. How much of the five litres of water will your team get in the measuring cup?
Child's play
Each industry has its own jargon. By speaking in code language, it is much quicker for everyone to understand what is wanted. Child's play is a team assignment in which jargon is key. Is the team able to find the right words? Only with a common language does this task become child's play.
The Balancing Table
The Balance Table is all about balance. Balance on the table and balance in the team. Does the team manage to take all the pieces from the table without upsetting the balance too much? And how do team members help each other to do this? Does the balance continue to contribute to a success experience?
The egg
The egg is a team-building task at a distance from each other. It is a concentration task. Can you manage to get the egg from A to B, overcoming obstacles in the process? Different sets of rules are available, tailor-made for each team.
The Ball Factory
It seems so simple, but 'the ball factory' really challenges your team: how many balls can you, as a team, produce in the factory in two minutes? Your team is in for a surprise in this team-building exercise: it seemed so simple. And yet, it is: once you work together.
Analog Access
Analog Access is an online team exercise in which participants, each using his or her computer mouse, must complete a team task to 'organise analog access'. There are rules of the game, of course, and every violation costs points. How can the group work together so that everyone avoids the infringements and the team still sets a fast time? To get blood nervous...
Team coaching
In this video, an example of how a team works on goals and ownership. What do team members want to achieve and what do they want to measure their progress against? When has their goal been met? With different working forms, it becomes easy to engage in conversation with each other and articulate thoughts.
