When choosing the exercises, the most important thing is that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus given a role. Sporting teams can outside choose physically challenging assignments. But we also have attractive team building assignments that team members can do, for example, sitting down or blind. Team building is suitable for junior and senior staff. For people with a medical indication and a physical disability.
Consultation in advance allows us to tailor well to the group.

Tailor-made programmes for your team

Team4Teams provides programmes to enhance cooperation in and between teams. We do this online, outside and inside. We support - step by step - a growth process towards better cooperation. Literally: team-building. Having fun during our activities is an important feature, as positivity helps to initiate change.

With team assignments, we make visible how the group functions. Talking about it contributes to team growth. The more often you return to it at work, the more effective the activity will be.

Team building Lelystad:

We supply short activities, resulting in improved atmosphere and day activities who also contribute content to the cooperation and challenge participants to work with it. Sometimes a team is not ready for that yet. Then we guide the team through a few activities in a row and start with (an individual) conversation. This is when we see the most team growth.
The follow-up activities 'securing' the new team spirit. Being able to address each other effectively, increasing the efficiency of team actions, is the ultimate goal of our support.
