Yes, everyone can participate!

When choosing the exercises, the most important thing is that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus given a role. Sporting teams can outside choose physically challenging assignments. But we also have great teambuilding tasks that team members can do sitting down or blind, for example. Team building is suitable for senior and junior employees. For people with a medical indication or physical disability.

Prior consultation allows us to be well attuned to the group.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic

Our trainers have at least HBO or WO thinking level.

Characteristic of our supervisors is that they are driven and enthusiastic. In this way, they ensure a pleasant atmosphere where cooperation is fun, safe and at a high level. For example, we see that, thanks to our coaches, teams get to know each other in a completely different way.

Our trainers are specialists in group processes. Blind spots that haven't been seen in the team for a long time, invisible distances that have grown so much, obstacles that can get in the way, are noticed by our trainers and used in reflection to strengthen the team. Exercises are the ideal means of gaining insight for this purpose.

We also experienced team coacheswho go through a process with a team. A 'stuck' team can thus be set in motion again, a well-functioning team can become an excellent team. Team development always goes through phases, and our team coaches can make these visible so that the team can move forward.

Experiential learning

Our training courses have a practical approach. Experiencing it yourself is central; we call it experiential learning. Seventy per cent of what we learn, we learn by experiencing it ourselves. That is why we let our participants experience what it means to work together in various exercises. The group automatically gets to talk about it. It's straight to the point, it's about here and now and about these colleagues.

It is inspiring to work together like this towards a common goal. Your team grows. If you want, we translate your experiences into daily practice at work.

Supporting cooperation

Team4Teams provides programmes to enhance cooperation in and between teams. We do this online, outside and inside. We support - step by step - a growth process towards better cooperation. Literally: team-building. Having fun in our activities is also an important feature; positivity helps to make changes happen.

With team assignments, we make visible how the group functions. Talking about it contributes to team growth. The more often you return to it at work, the more effective the activity will be.

Programme offer

Teambuilding Nijmegen:

• short activities, with atmosphere improvement as a result,
• day activities who also contribute content to the cooperation and challenge participants to get started.
  Sometimes practical forms of work are not appropriate, for instance because team members do not experience enough safety. We then start with (an individual) conversation. This is also when we see the most team growth.
• The follow-up activities 'securing' a new team spirit. Being able to address each other effectively, increasing the efficiency of team actions, is the ultimate goal of our support.

No locations, do recommendations

Team4Teams does not have its own accommodation venues. We will recommend good venues to you to suit your needs and budget.

• Outdoor consultation in Wijchen is a great example of an outdoor venue for small groups in the Nijmegen area.

What we need is a spacious, lee-shaped lawn. In-company is of course also possible.
