Everyone is participating!

When choosing the exercises, the most important thing is that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus given a role. Sporty teams can choose physically challenging tasks. But we also have great assignments that team members can do sitting down or blind, for example. Team building is suitable for junior and senior staff. For people with a medical indication and a physical disability.

Prior consultation allows us to be well attuned to the group.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable

Our trainers have at least HBO or WO thinking level.

• Skilled team trainers focus on the group process and learning communication skills.

The team is central to this, the exercises are a tool.

• Experienced team coaches go through a process with a team. They make knots in cooperation visible and discussable.

Fixed patterns can be adjusted by a team with a team coach, releasing new energy.

Tailor-made for your team

Team4Teams provides programmes to enhance cooperation in and between teams. We do this online, outside and inside. We support teams to improve their cooperation - step by step - in a growth process. Literally: team-building. Having fun in our activities is an important feature, positivity supports change.

With team assignments, we make visible how the group functions. Talking about it contributes to team growth. The more often you return to it at work, the more effective the activity will be.

Teambuilding Ede and Veenendaal:

• short activities, with atmosphere improvement as a result,
• day activities that also contribute content to the cooperation and challenge participants to engage with it.

Sometimes a cooperation is under pressure. Then we support team cooperation several times in a row. Because we can then work on everyone's mental resilience, this is when we see the most team growth.

• A follow-up activity 'secures' the new team spirit. A team can do a lot by itself. As soon as positive energy flows, we are no longer needed. Besides; you don't learn a new language in an afternoon, good cooperation requires practice.

Being able to address each other effectively, increasing efficiency is the ultimate goal of our support.

No locations, do recommendations

Team4Teams does not have its own accommodation venues. We recommend good venues to you to suit your needs and budget. Here are locations we recommend.

• Camp Buitenendoor in Nunspeet is a favourite outdoor location where we like to hold our training sessions.
• A scouting location or sports club with a food truck is of course also possible. Perhaps someone in your team has contact with that. Or on a self-catering basis in a group accommodation. A great team assignment in itself.

What we need is a spacious, lee-lined lawn.
