When choosing the exercises, the most important thing is that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus given a role. Sporty teams can choose physically challenging assignments. But we also have great assignments that can be done sitting down or blind, for example. Consultation beforehand allows us to tailor the exercise to the group.

Practical customisation

Our training courses have a practical approach. Experiencing it yourself is central. While carrying out attractive team assignments, you experience on the spot how cooperation works. We do this with activities that seem simple, until the assignment starts. Then optimal cooperation is needed to achieve success. You will automatically start talking about this.

 It is inspiring to work together like this towards a common goal. Your team grows. We offer the process for improved cooperation online, indoors and outdoors. 

Growing together step by step

Team4Teams provides programmes to enhance cooperation in and between teams. We do this online, outside and inside. We support - step by step - a growth process towards better cooperation. Literally: team-building. Having fun in our activities is also an important feature; positivity helps to make changes happen.

With team assignments, we make visible how the group functions. Talking about it contributes to team growth. The more often you return to it at work, the more effective the activity will be.

We talk about short activities, with atmosphere improvement as a result, day activities that also make a substantive contribution in cooperation, participants are challenged to work with that. Sometimes a team is not yet ready for this and then we guide the team through several activities in a row. This is also when we see the most team growth. The follow-up activities 'securing' the new team spirit. Being able to address each other effectively, increasing the efficiency of team actions is the ultimate goal of our support.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic

Our trainers have at least HBO or WO thinking level.

Characteristic of our supervisors is that they are driven and enthusiastic. In this way, they ensure a pleasant atmosphere where cooperation is fun, safe and at a high level. For example, we see that, thanks to our coaches, teams get to know each other in a completely different way.

Our trainers are specialists in group processes. Blind spots that haven't been seen in the team for a long time, invisible distances that have grown so much, obstacles that can get in the way, are noticed by our trainers and used in reflection to strengthen the team. Exercises are the ideal means of gaining insight for this purpose.

We also experienced team coacheswho go through a process with a team. A 'stuck' team can thus be set in motion again, a well-functioning team can become an excellent team. Team development always goes through phases, and our team coaches can make these visible so that the team can move forward.

Team4Teams does not have its own accommodation venues. We will recommend good venues to you to suit your budget.

A scouting location or sports club with a food truck is of course also possible. Perhaps someone in your team is in touch with that.
