Team development programme
Which track is your team on?
How are the switches positioned?
Is the train moving?
Are there more roads to Rome?
Is (risk of) derailment an issue?
Where does my team stand in their team development?
A question we help answer every week.
With a questionnaire, you give yourself outline answers in five short multiple choice questions. We don't need an e-mail address, it costs you nothing. Ask your colleagues or team to do the same and you are already in the conversation.
The transparent questions give immediate insight into how a team functions optimally.
We challenge you to respond to the list with self-insight.
Is there desire? Can the team itself embrace an improvement in communication?
Filling out the questionnaire twice is also possible: first fill in how the team functions on a good day and then what behaviour team members choose when the pressure gets too high.
With the results, you can see the space team members give each other.
You can click on multiple answers in the questionnaire, in case several behaviours are intertwined.
Every behaviour occurs in every team. What matters when it comes to clicking is which behaviours really have an impact, click those answers.
Let us think with you how to increase the number of good days.
Team development programme
Team4Teams has a team development programme to contribute to team growth. It answers the question: 'where does my team stand in their team development'. Does it make you curious, ask us what this contributes to the questions and barriers you face.
Team development themes
Team development is about mission, vision, structures, strategy, processes and in addition: team development is also (first) about behaviour and culture.
In team development, we talk about existing teams, there is already a culture of coherent behaviour, behaviour that reinforces behaviour. What behaviours are desired in order to move quickly in the face of change, for example?
The Scale of Cooperation (below) is our roadmap to answers to team development questions. Check out the extended version below.

The Scale of Cooperation is a roadmap for team development.
Below are nine positions a team can find itself in. As soon as someone starts talking about an important issue, this increases the likelihood that colleagues will join in a dialogue to find the clarity that is desired. So each position has a degree of appeal, looking for opportunities, but sometimes also with the difficulties in mind. In our team development programme, the Scale takes centre stage.
