Recovery is possible, once it becomes a priority! Counting to ten and distancing yourself is the first step. But note: distancing is <strong>avoided<\/strong>, no working together. Conflict remains a problem... Tension can easily rise again.<\/p>\n<p>More often still, we see teams in which there is cooperation, but which avoid contradictions. To avoid conflict, they prefer not to address each other about shortcomings. Too much challenge thus becomes an increasingly serious problem.<\/p>\n<p>External coaching is a catalyst in these situations to achieve better cooperation. Disengaged teams experience this as a difficult step to take. How big can the problem get?
