Can everyone participate?
Everyone can participate!
When choosing the exercises, the most important thing is that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus given a role. Sporting teams can outside choose physically challenging assignments. But we also have challenging team-building tasks that team members can do sitting down or blind, for example. Team building is suitable for junior and senior staff. For people with a medical indication or physical disability.
Prior consultation allows us to be well attuned to the group.
What training do your supervisors have?
Skilled tutors
All our tutors have at least HBO level of thinking.
- A skilled team trainer Is skilled at making desirable behaviour negotiable. What helps and what doesn't? Per team trainer minimum 4, optimum 10 and maximum ± 16 participants.
- A experienced team coach can also make team processes visible and is able to adjust assignments accordingly on the spot. Reflections challenge your team to team growth. Per team coach minimum 3, optimum 6 and maximum ± 9 participants.
What do you offer teams?
Tailor-made programmes
Team4Teams provides programmes to enhance cooperation in and between teams. We do this outdoors, (partly) online and indoors. In doing so, we support - step by step - a growth process towards better cooperation. Literally: team-building. Having fun in our activities is also an important characteristic; positivity helps to initiate change.
With team-building assignments, we make visible how the group functions. Discussing them contributes to team growth. The more often you return to it at work, the more effective the team activity will be.
Team building Drenthe:
We talk about short activities, resulting in improved atmosphere and day activities that also contribute content to the cooperation and challenge participants to work on it. Sometimes a team is not yet ready for this. Then we guide the team for a somewhat longer period. More duration = more team growth.
The follow-up activities 'securing' a new team spirit. Securing is essential. Being able to address each other effectively, increasing the efficiency of team actions, is the ultimate goal of our support.
Do you also have accommodation venues in the Drenthe region?
Team4Teams does not have its own places to stay.
We recommend good venues to you to suit your budget.
A scouting location or sports club with a food truck is also a good option. Perhaps someone on your team is in touch with that.
What we need is a spacious, sheltered lawn, a large empty factory hall, or spacious (gym) hall.
