Teambuilding The Hague

We have (physically) challenging exercises for sporting teams as well as exercises you can do online (in break-out groups) or at the table. So there is customisation for every team.

The starting point is that everyone can participate. Juniors and seniors, people with a medical indication or a physical disability, everyone gets an appropriate role.

Prior consultation allows us to be well attuned to the needs of your team.

All our tutors have at least HBO level of thinking.

• A skilled team trainer Is skilled at making desirable behaviour negotiable. What helps and what doesn't? Per team trainer minimum 4, optimum 10 and maximum ± 16 participants.
• A experienced team coach can also make team processes visible and is able to adjust assignments accordingly on the spot. Reflections challenge your team to team growth. Per team coach minimum 3, optimum 6 and maximum ± 9 participants.

Our training courses have a practical approach. Experiencing it yourself is central. Our exercises appear simple, until you get started. Then you find that you have to work well together to achieve the goal. You will naturally get into a conversation about that: what went well, what could be better? OK, let's try that then.

It is inspiring to work together like this towards a common goal. Your team grows. If you want, we translate your experiences into daily practice at work.

Team4Teams does not have its own accommodation venues. We will recommend good venues to you to suit your budget. 

• Te Werve Outdoor is a good example of an extremely suitable location for team building in the Hague area.
• Later, when it gets colder outside, we can also get on well in a large empty factory hall.

Other locations are also possible. What we need outside is a spacious, lee-lined lawn.
