Clinic Giving, asking and receiving feedback 6 hours

In this clinic, participants discuss each other's current 'system' through feedback, asking and receiving. And take steps to significantly improve the learning aspect of collaboration. Are participants indirect towards each other and avoid criticism? Are the participants direct to each other and can best clash? And what if people say 'yes' but don't do 'yes'? In this clinic, we distinguish between:

  • Feedback. Possibly in a positive cooperative group. Approach is equal and task-oriented joint agreements are made.
  • Hints. Especially common in elopement groups. One prefers to speak about each other then with each other and addressing remains non-committal.
  • Criticism. Takes place as soon as the pressure on each other has become too great. Addressing evokes resistance, is perceived as 'playing on the person' and easily evokes an 'opposite' reaction.

Participants learn from each other how to address each other in such a way that it can be received as feedback. In this way, they work towards cooperation at a higher level. The clinic gives a strong impulse and added value once the team starts self-organising by asking each other for feedback.

During the day, agreements are made: the team takes these agreements seriously after the day for the greatest effect. Finally, this team training is about behaviour and alignment with each other. This feedback giving clinic is at any location of your choice possible. So also Incompany.

By booking the Giving Feedback clinic, you will take time for accelerated alignment with each other. This is how you work towards sustainable collaboration.

When is a Clinic Giving feedback a good choice?

Do you think paying attention to feedback giving and receiving in your team is a good investment that is going to ensure better results?
But is a full day of training not possible? Then this clinic is a perfect choice.

Do you also want to secure what you have learned? In the Masterclass in giving, asking for and receiving feedback spread over several learning moments of (in consultation) 3 to 8 hours, you achieve depth and secure the process of positively addressing each other. Finally, feedback is applied in everyday practice. If desired, a team coach also provides support in the workplace itself, e.g. during a work consultation or in coaching one or more employees with their manager if they opt for coaching.

Is attending a clinic on feedback in your team disqualified with 'That doesn't help in this team anyway', then we recommend you first spend a day Team building with reflection to follow. This is the first step in our Team Training Cycle. On this day, the team is invited to attend in team exercises engage each other positively in a playful and challenging way. The team exercises are designed in such a way that once the team works together at a high level, it is a success experience. So success does not come naturally and so it is in the work situation. A translation is then quickly made. The team works for a whole day on the skills of positive feedback sharing in a safe and trusted setting.

Why do you use the term 'Feedback' and no 'Feedforward'?
