Team4Teams has no training locations of its own, as we like to connect to the specific needs of the client.

Our counsellors live around Amsterdam. We are happy to come to the location of your choice. As far as we are concerned, this is also possible in-company.

We recommend good venues to suit your budget.

A scouting location or sports club with a food truck is of course also possible.

What we need is a spacious and sheltered lawn or a spacious, well-ventilated hall.

If you want to work online, our preference is for each to work from his or her own computer participates. A computer is preferable to a tablet or mobile phone. Participating can simply be done from home, as long as the environment is not distracting.

Our approach to team training in Amsterdam

We see team training primarily as a process. The team members with their questions are central. The activities and assignments are a means to raise these issues in a group dynamic process. The strength of a programme lies in the alignment, new insights and reflections on them. We conclude with a translation to the work situation. What is important for each of the participants to do themselves?

A team day is an important step, but the real work takes place afterwards in the workplaces. Participants get to work on their resolutions, where the effect of the team day becomes truly visible. Space and encouragement to take up resolutions are called 'securing'.

How Team4Teams aligns

Yes. In our programmes, it is paramount that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus gets a role. So this also applies to people with disabilities, whichever they are.

Consultation in advance allows us to tailor well to the group.

There are physical team exercises for teams that want to expend their energy (in competition) and strategic team exercises, where physical conditions do not play a role, but where the emphasis is on creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and leadership, for example.

Subcontractors contribute in a team

We advise you to interpret the term 'team' as broadly as possible. These are our considerations:

  • It is not only permanent employees who can contribute positively to team growth. Self-employed and temporary workers also often contribute positively unseen. Seeing, appreciating and rewarding this pays off handsomely!
  • The real work starts only after the team training, when all good intentions have to be realised. It helps if temporary staff also want to carry this along.
  • Cooperation goes better after a day where content is realigned and team members make history together.

Optimal cooperation is only possible if everyone contributes. We therefore recommend inviting executives, managers and board members as well. By doing so, you emphasise the importance you attach to the intended goals and cooperation.

Sometimes cooperation between teams is the bottleneck. Then it can have added value to organise a team day in which departments participate mixed. We have good experiences with this.
