About us

Team4Teams - a team for teams

Team4Teams specialises in supporting cooperation in and between teams, horizontally and vertically.
Together, we also form a special team. We share working methods, methodologies, also develop them ourselves in abundance and we are all self-employed people who together support an umbrella through which and under which you can find us.

With our experienced facilitators, organisations strengthen healthy cooperation from within. Our coaches alternate fun and content and provide depth. The distance to a healthy working atmosphere at the start of our coaching does not matter.
Supervisors support, guide, train, coach and inspire:

  • executive teams,
  • support teams,
  • self-organising (self-managing) teams,
  • cooperation between teams,
  • project teams (temporary teams that sometimes include different organisations and self-employed people working together),
  • leadership teams,
  • management teams,
  • management teams,
  • drivers.

About us

We feel part of an exciting world. In which it is time to choose. Team4Teams proactively supports six Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We collaborate on strengthening cooperation in and between teams in and across organisations, focusing on development goals 3, 4, 5, 11, 16 and 17.

Our customers

For facilitators, it does not matter (much) what an organisation and team do in terms of content. We are specialists in working together. So not 'what' team members do, but 'how' they do it in collaboration and 'why' they do it that way. Team members behave as they do for reasons, where it supports when behaviours are occasionally brought to the table and aligned.

Team4Teams operates in many professional groups.

Our focus is: how can a team work together - in the team itself and in an organisation. What is already going well, what can be improved, what is (still) in the way?
Supporting an organisation as a whole gives more lasting effect compared to supporting a single team. Both make sense. This is how an organisation (becomes and) stays healthy (again).
About half of our clients want bottom-up improvement, while the other half seek top-down improvement. Again, one loses less time if one can start with the people who crave improvement.

Modern organisations have become complex.
Cooperation in and between teams makes all the difference.
We guide practically, in connection and focused on results. Participants in our programmes share with us what works.
Supervisors' methods are based on, among other things. experiential learning and The Scale of Cooperation.
