Team4Teams stores personal data of clients

In our CRM system, data of customers who have contacted us are securely stored. We use this personal data (name, position, the phone number and email address provided to us, plus the address of the company where the customer works) to contact the customer. This data is securely deleted eight years after the last contact.

Team4Teams stores this personal data because it is necessary for the performance of a contract and because it is required by law.

Team4Teams is not obliged to provide a data protection impact assessment execute. Team4Teams operates according to the AVG principles of privacy by design and privacy by default. We do not record or store clients' special personal data and criminal personal data. Team4Teams does not require a data protection officer. If you have questions about privacy, we submit them to an external privacy expert. The advice from this is binding for us.

Photo and video

Photos with people on the website are with the client's consent placed or persons were rendered unrecognisable.

Photographs and videos may be taken during activities to visualise processes in team development and these recordings will be made available to the client. 

Files are stored securely at Team4Teams with the aim of visualising a process of team growth in subsequent sessions with the same group. Photo and video files are deleted from Team4Teams' systems after eight years.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. They ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferences. They also allow us to optimise our website. We use cookies so you can find us. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and your ease of use. Team4Teams uses technical and functional cookies from Google Analytics and Google Adwords

You can unsubscribe from cookies by setting your internet browser to stop storing cookies. In addition, you can also delete any information previously stored via your browser's settings.

Online questionnaire

We make for the programme Communicating with Style Use of a questionnaire to be completed online by participants. This questionnaire was developed and is maintained under confidentiality by Compusense, commissioned by Team4Teams. The purpose of this questionnaire is to explore team dynamics in order to support team cooperation. The questionnaire can be accessed by using a username and password, which are provided exclusively to the personal e-mail address, provided by the client, of the person completing the questionnaire.

The questionnaire can only be accessed by the questionnaire completer. Access to the questionnaire is closed to the completer after 30 days. The questionnaire itself remains unaccessed.

The outcome of the questionnaire in graph form is issued exclusively and only by Team4Teams' trainers to only the person completing the questionnaire. Trainers use the chart results to prepare a training session and to support team cooperation.

Personal data

Personal data including the participant list and e-mail address are kept no longer than necessary for the training to be given and never longer than three years.
Anonymised graph results are kept for future scientific data research and validation.

Team4Teams takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
