This is precisely what our programmes are aimed at; promoting cooperation to a higher level. We believe that working from a positive atmosphere contributes enormously to this. It has been shown that people learn much more when they are positively stimulated and less when there is stress.
We offer activities and assignments where it becomes very clear what the process is in the team. We reflect and discuss how the team can grow. Of course, success also stands or falls with follow-up and safeguarding once you are back on the shop floor, lasting agreements for the future make a teambuilding effective. This is how we conclude a training course.
We offer:
- Short activities, in which, for example, the atmosphere of the team is strengthened
- Day programmes strengthening cooperation
- Pathways where we first make a diagnosis to see where there is most to gain. Then you can think of an intake interview with one or more participants, or a preparatory assignment. Pathways achieve the greatest results.

Building blocks
Team4Teams works to strengthen Teams by connecting people with each other and providing insight into how collaboration is happening.
Key building blocks are:
- Getting to know each other better as human beings, through light-hearted forms of work and deeper conversations,
- Experiential learning exercises allow teams to playfully discover how cooperation works. The facilitator provides focused reflections so that words are given to the experience,
- The Scale of Collaboration is our roadmap for engaging with teams about collaboration. The Scale gives insight and words to collaboration, and then it's practice,
- A deepening is possible in many ways, one of which is training in communication styles. This ensures greater mutual understanding and appreciation, as well as insight into one's own pitfalls,
- A translation to the shop floor is (if possible) part of a programme - after all, that's where the collaboration should take place!
No locations, do recommendations
Team4Teams has its regional office in Toldijk. We have no training locations ourselves, we like to work together with entrepreneurs in the region and are happy to think along with you about a suitable location.
Here you will find an overview of the locations we recommend.
Team4Teams' trainers are very flexible and work just as easily at a scouting location or at a sports club with a food truck. Maybe someone in your team is in touch with that. Self-catering group accommodation is enough for us and saves you costs, while increasing the team spirit just as much.
What we need is a spacious, lee-shaped lawn and an indoor space if the weather is bad.
Participation is key
Everyone can participate, which is precisely one of our principles. Everyone who has a role in the team also has a role in team building. In doing so, it doesn't matter whether the team is hugely athletic or prefers to sit on an office chair. We can set the physical bar so high that there is a 'stretch' for everyone, regardless of physical ability.
For instance, we have team exercises that can be done by blind participants. Sitting, standing, we adapt the tasks and outcomes to include everyone.
Of course, we discuss in advance any medical, physical and psychological challenges or concerns in the team. This allows us to prepare properly and ensure that everyone gets the maximum benefit from the team building.
