What we need is a spacious grassy field in the lee or a spacious (well-ventilated) hall.
In the case of online, it is preferable for each to operate from his or her own computer to participate. A computer is preferable to a tablet or mobile phone. This can be done simply at home, as long as the environment is not distracting.
We see team training primarily as a process. A team exercise and content are not the goal but a means. The team and its development are central.
This can be done live in a group on location and also (partly/hybridly) online.
The assignments are substantive, attractive and fun to do. We choose them with care: what does this team need right now to move forward? What is going on, what does the team want to work on, what does the team want to explore? Confidence? Overcoming contradictions? Cooperation? Creativity? Perseverance? Dealing with diversity? Self-management? Taking responsibility? Personal leadership?
The strength of team programmes lies in the positive experiences and reflections the group experiences together. There is also always an elaboration for to the work situation. What do participants resolve to do with the day's experiences?
Once participants start working with these intentions after the team day, we speak of 'securing'. A team day after which embedding is encouraged has a long-term effect.
The main focus of our programmes is that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus gets a role. This therefore also applies to people with disabilities, whichever they may be.
