Struggling

Struggling is a right, but going into battle also has a price.
It creates resistance and annoyance.
Too much pressure can lead to a sense of fear and insecurity and an atmosphere of divide and conquer, power and powerlessness.
Avoiding
"Said among ourselves..."
If you want to get away from a struggling situation, we advise you to first stop feeding the conflict. Counting to ten and distancing yourself is the first step. But note: distancing is avoided, no working together. Conflict remains a problem... Tension can easily rise again.
Vaker nog is er niet een conflict, maar een gebrek aan tijd (prioriteit) om iets wat zeurt op te pakken. En dan blijft het een energielek.

How do we process an application?
Most applications come in via a website form.
Our approach consists of a number of fixed steps:
- Upon receipt of an application form, customers will receive a reply within one working day.
- A regional team coach simultaneously picks up the request and seeks contact to then make an appropriate offer. In case this is desirable then it can be done quickly.
- In case the client opts for team building then there is a short consultation and the team building activity can be planned and carried out.
- In the case of team training or team coaching, the client usually asks for more consultation and this takes place with an intake. This can be brief; by phone or online and extensively in-company.
- The implementation phase focuses on experiential team sessions - including team assignments and working forms that make cooperation visible.
- Through reflections & safeguarding, intentions are turned into actions so that the effect is lasting.
