Can everyone participate?
Yes of course!
When choosing exercises, the main thing is that everyone can participate. Sporty teams can - if we are outside - choose physically challenging tasks. But we also have attractive assignments where you can stay seated.
Ultimately, it is not about the exercises themselves, but about reflecting on the process of working together. What do you want to explore together: trust in each other, perseverance, flexibility, creativity? We also have more relaxed programmes for teams who want to get to know each other better.
Prior consultation allows us to be well attuned to the group.
What is the background of your supervisors?

All our tutors have HBO or university level thinking.
- Skilled team trainers focus - in addition to engaging activities - on the group process and learning communication skills. The team is central to this, the team exercises are a tool.

How does Team4Teams work?
Customised programmes
Team4Teams provides programmes to bring cooperation in and between teams to a higher level. We support - step by step - a growth process towards better cooperation. Literally: team-building.
While carrying out attractive team assignments, you experience on the spot, indoors or outdoors and also online, how cooperation works. We do this with activities that seem simple, until the assignment starts. Then optimal cooperation is needed to achieve success. This is what you will naturally discuss.
Do you have a venue in the Eindhoven region for team building?
Do recommendations, not own sites
Team4Teams is headquartered in Brabant, but has no accommodation locations of its own.
Our guides will come to you. We recommend good venues to you to suit your budget. Here you will find locations where we are well placed.
A scouting location or sports club with a food truck is of course also possible. Perhaps someone in your team has contact with that. A group accommodation on a self-catering basis is also an attractive option.
At a minimum, what we need is a spacious grassy field or large hall located in the lee.

Our facilitators can work in various ways at almost any location. Teambuilding in Eindhoven is possible both in-company and at an accommodation location. With a representative in the North Brabant region, quick coordination is possible and programmes can be fine-tuned to requirements.

Want to go back to basics?
For our training sessions, our team trainers need a spacious hall and a sheltered grassy field. So this could be at a recreational lake or Scouting location, for example in combination with a food truck. There is then also the option of opting for self-catering.
