There is a task and a team is starting. Much preliminary work has been done, but now it comes down to it. Working well together requires attention. When is kick-off team building a good choice?

Our kick-off team building is a perfect choice if you want to invest in each other, but time and budget are limited. You will soon have to work under pressure and (sometimes) work at a distance from each other? Then it makes sense to get to know each other well beforehand. A day is most useful, as it allows time for relaxed meetings and for looking at the issues from all sides. This kick-off teambuilding is specially designed for project teams. Project teams with participants from different disciplines and (sometimes) different companies, in which divergent interests play a role. Without granting each other something, a project will not succeed. With a solid foundation at the start, you can more easily engage each other in the event of a setback and the possibilities of crossing a threshold.
