Yes, everyone can participate!

Our team exercises are tailored so that everyone can participate. Everyone is a member of the team and thus gets a role. So that applies to young staff and seniors, to people with medical conditions and also to people with disabilities. Prior consultation allows us to be well attuned to the team.

Wide range of programmes

Team4Teams provides programmes to raise cooperation in and between teams to a higher level. The possibilities are endless whether live or online and both indoors and outdoors. We support - step by step - a growth process towards better cooperation. Literally: team-building. Having fun in our activities is an important feature. Positivity helps to realise changes in daily practice.

With team assignments, we make visible how the group functions. Talking about it contributes to team growth. The more often you return to it at work, the more effective the activity will be.

Building team spirit

Our short activities are mainly focused on mood improvement. Day activities also make a substantive contribution to cooperation. We challenge participants to work on this. Sometimes a team is not yet able to do so. Then we guide the team several times in a row. This leads to the most team growth. The follow-up activities 'securing' the new team spirit. Being able to address each other effectively, increasing the efficiency of team actions is the ultimate goal of our support.

Team building as a process

Teambuilding at Team4Teams is not an activity, but a process. The team is central, the activities are a tool.
Of course the assignments are attractive and fun to do. But we choose them with care: what does this team need right now to move forward? What is going on? What does the team want to work on? What does the team want to explore? Themes like: improving confidence, inviting more creativity, increasing perseverance or dealing with competition.

The strength of the assignments lies in experience and reflection. With a translation to the work situation, the team building gains depth. It creates equality connection and understanding.

Two levels of enthusiastic tutors

Our supervisors have at least HBO thinking level and are all driven and enthusiastic. Thus, they bring a pleasant atmosphere where there is fun, safe and high-level cooperation.

An experienced team coach can also make team processes visible and is able to tailor assignments accordingly on the spot. Reflections challenge your team to team growth. A team coach is the perfect choice if team development is your goal.

No locations, do recommendations

A good location depends on your wishes as a client and the assignment what a suitable space is. Team4Teams therefore does not have its own training locations. However, we can recommend good venues that fit your budget.
