Communication styles workshop
In the compact communication styles workshop is the premise that every person has a preference for a certain way of communicating. One is not a communication style, one used a behavioural style. Thus, there are four preferred styles. All four have been given a colour: red decides easily, yellow likes to try, for green the human touch applies and blue likes to think first.
In this communication styles workshop, you will learn about different preferred styles. You will also gain insight into what the different styles can mean for your team. If your team has previously attended a training course on communication styles, you can use this workshop to learn to apply the knowledge practically. This communication workshop contributes to better cooperation. This workshop is possible at any location of your choice, so also Incompany.
Result
- Participants are able to recognise and adapt to different communication styles.
- Relationships become softer and understanding.
- Cooperation improves.

Is attending a workshop on communication in your team disqualified with 'that won't help anyway'? If so, we recommend you first spend a day or half-day Team building with reflection. This is the first step in the Team Training Cycle. We then first work on the willingness to work intensively together. Our approach is based on experiential learning, always with a positive approach. In the Team Training Cycle, the communication styles workshop is the second step.
The communication styles workshop is also in English available.
