Masterclass in communication styles

In the Communication Styles Masterclass, participants learn to recognise and adapt to different communication styles. As a result, relations in the team become smoother, disruptions are discussed. We tailor each master class to the group. We make extensive use of practical work forms. Participants receive a certificate of participation.

In the communication styles master class, we start from the idea that every person has a preference for a certain communication style. Thus, there are four preferred styles:

• Red decidedly easy and can also be compelling on a bad day.
• Yellow likes to try out and can also be volatile at a bad time.
• For green the human touch applies. Under pressure, Green tends to cover up.
• Blue likes to think first and may react suspiciously if the pressure becomes too much.

Men is thereby not a communication style, 'you are so red', but one used A preferred behavioural style with reasons.

A masterclass with your own team is perceived (afterwards) as a great gift. You reward your employees because they enjoy working together more and fine-tune their communication. This master class is possible at any location of your choice, so also (partly) Incompany.
